To continuously monitor and ensure the delivery of a quality project, Harris’ quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) standards are customized for each specific project and implemented by a designated QA/QC Manager in three phases of the construction process:

2. Construction: Inspection & Reporting
3. Project Closeout: System Performance
