Project CityCenter

Located on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, CityCenter is one of the crown jewels of Las Vegas. Project CityCenter is also the largest privately funded LEED project in American history.

Early in the project, Harris was brought on as a design-assist partner. However, as the project moved forward, it became evident that the design team was becoming overwhelmed by the sheer size of the project and the owner looked to the Harris team for help. Harris took on more of a lead design-build role and gained the trust and respect of the design team, general contractor and owner. Harris successfully completed this project and was the first subcontractor paid in full due to our open book policy and cost controls.
