U of U S.J. Quinney College of Law

Harris was awarded a contract to provide HVAC controls on new construction for the prestigious S.J. Quinney College of Law Building at the University of Utah.

As part of its services, Harris installed new controls including six-way control valves on chilled beams, heating/cooling water controls and air handling units. The controls included a 375,000-gallon thermal storage tank, that allows the use of chillers during off peak hours.

This project had strict deadlines and time demands to meet the specifications of the University of Utah. Our team met the deadlines and was able to provide the scheduling flexibility the University required.
