TRIA Orthopaedic Center

Harris teamed with Kraus-Anderson Construction to build the new state-of-the-art, 84,000-square foot TRIA Orthopaedic Center in Woodbury, Minnesota. The facility offers orthopaedic and sports medicine services including a walk-in clinic, ambulatory surgery center and on-site rehabilitation services. Harris provided HVAC, plumbing and medical gas services for the facility, including operating rooms, MRI and therapy pool.

Manufacturing greatly increased Harris’ installation speed and efficiency. The team manufactured the center’s VAV boxes into racks and was able to easily install them on the job site. This process reduced the overall labor cost and allowed the project to progress efficiently, safely and cost-effectively.
